Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared insight and purpose.
  • Leadership experience in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
  • Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results in complex, agile environments.
  • Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered Performance, CTV, AI-powered Video) and the key engaged landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
  • Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.

As The Head of Sales for GCS Israel, you will have a senior sales leadership opportunity where you'll lead the Israel market in GCS Eastern Europe and Middle East (EEM), setting out clear strategies for growth and enabling your team to overachieve revenue and product goals and OKRs.

You will be a sales leader, and will lead and coach a team of high-performing sellers and sales managers to help them understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions that grow their businesses. You'll drive team performance and structure your business for success in order to deliver the optimum client experience. You'll set the goal for how your team understands and transforms their customers and the business; you will own the strategy, forecasting, planning and execution of team-wide account growth and also contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Sales teams.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €168000 - €173000 (EUR) + 75% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and high-performing team of sellers and sales managers.
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue and product growth goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of SMBs in Israel.
  • Analyze data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop strategic plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent CRM tracking.
  • Model and coach sales and sales manager behaviors, including customer centricity, integrity, sales motions, c-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
