Head of Influencer Marketing Specialists (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with management, mentor, and develop high-performing direct and matrix commercial teams.
  • Experience designing go-to-market strategies, creator packaging, and scalable Interactive Media Ads (IMA) partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating complex, high-impact C-level deals with key brands.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and deliver compelling executive-level pitches.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Go-to-Market strategies to accelerate YouTube Influencer Marketing sales across Spanish Speaking LATAM.
  • Build commercial creator programs and packages to monetize events and the YouTube ecosystem.
  • Lead C-level negotiations with agencies and clients alongside Sales teams to close high-growth regional agreements.
  • Represent LATAM in global forums, partnering cross-functionally to influence strategies and launch pilots.
  • Coach and mentor team members on complex commercial negotiations, client management, and career development.
