Partner Delivery Manager, gTech Ads Agency and Partners

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role.
  • Experience leading projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising technology, or a high-tech environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives at enterprise partners, agencies, or holding companies.
  • Deep understanding of Google’s advertising solutions (e.g., AI, Measurement, Ads), the broader media landscape, and enterprise sales dynamics.
  • Proven ability to drive business outcomes through strategic planning, negotiation of commercial incentives, and executive-level influence.
  • Ability to bridge sales, partner needs, and engineering teams by identifying high-value, advanced technology integration use cases, driving co-development opportunities from discovery to activation, and quantifying the downstream business results.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As a Partner Delivery Manager (PDM), you will act as the crucial, executive-level solutions and enablement bridge between Google and the C-suite of our advertising partners. This role is a hybrid of strategy, deep technical expertise, and operational program management, requiring you to define the delivery strategy for your market/product area, carry the activation goals for your partners, and ensure they are motivated, capable, and equipped to scale the delivery of Google's advertising solutions. Your work is critical to expanding our service reach and helping our mutual customers grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate executive relationships with C-suite leaders within your assigned partner portfolio, acting as the primary executive contact for operational strategy, commercial incentives, and governance.
  • Lead executive-level business reviews to review performance against joint goals, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure long-term partner health and satisfaction from a service delivery perspective.
  • Conduct rigorous assessments of partner technical maturity and identify strategic skill gaps.
  • Lead strategic initiatives and drive core cross-functional efforts related to partner engagement.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for partners, serving as a executive technical and functional consultant during live advertiser activations, mobilizing internal specialized Engineering or Upskilling teams to unblock the most complex projects and ensure delivery quality.
