Financial Analysts ensure that Google makes sound financial decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to take on big picture challenges.

As someone who knows the workings of the core Finance team inside and out, you'll lead individual projects to transform planning, tracking and control processes. You'll provide senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning and reporting support.

As an Account Manager in the Hub, you will serve as the strategic partner for your front-line Financial Planning and Analysis teams. Your mission is to provide comprehensive Non-Payroll (NP) Operational Expenditure (OpEx) support. You will act as a bridge between the Hub’s capabilities and the front-line Financial Planning and Analysis teams you support, translating business needs into actionable service support also balancing the direct executing of some core Financial Planning and Analysis activities to ensure seamless process delivery. In this role, you will also drive value by delivering reliable financial forecasts for your front-line Financial Planning and Analysis teams, identifying opportunities for confident budget reallocation decisions. You will be a proactive relationship builder and process expert who works at prioritizing complex requests, managing vendor performance, and leveraging automation to scale the Hub's impact.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for front-line Financial Planning and Analysis teams, driving service adoption and standardization by showcasing Hub capabilities and aligning support with stakeholder objectives.
  • Perform and manage foundational NP OpEx financial activities, including the generation of reliable forecasts and the identification of budget reallocation opportunities through financial analysis.
  • Lead the cataloging, prioritization, and activation of support requests for the Hub, ensuring the seamless execution of core Financial Planning and Analysis activities and providing strategic oversight to vendor teams.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and quality metrics, serving as the escalation point for complex issues, errors, and process bottlenecks.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization to drive operational efficiencies, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance service delivery speed.
