Senior Marketing Manager, Global Partner Marketing Incentives, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in B2B partner marketing, channel marketing, or program management within the SaaS or Cloud technology industry.
  • Experience managing program budgets, co-op funds, or Partner Marketing Funds (PMF).
  • Experience leading cross-functional or cross-team projects with multiple senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems and marketing technology platforms to streamline enablement.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud partner ecosystems, including the nuances of working with OEMs, Carriers, and regional distributors.
  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex datasets to evaluate campaign ROI.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage external agency partners effectively.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for integrating AI and automation into growth-hacking mechanics for partner channels.

At Google Cloud, the partner marketing team is dedicated to empowering a growing ecosystem with strategy and programs that bring the value of our technology to customers. As a Senior Marketing Manager for Partner Marketing Funds (PMF) & Program Management, you will oversee a critical engine of this ecosystem.

Partner Marketing Funds are strategic investments used to support joint ventures, enabling our partners to execute high-impact demand generation, increase brand visibility, and accelerate revenue growth. You will lead the journey of these funds, ensuring they incentivize partners to invest in marketing efforts that align with Google Cloud’s global strategy. Your work will directly impact how partners—from system integrators to software vendors—scale their reach and demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's most complex problems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $171000 - $247000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with GSIs, MSPs, and technology partners to co-design and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns and co-branded marketing content.
  • Establish global standard methodologies, clear allocation guidelines, and rigorous compliance structures to govern co-marketing budgets.
  • Analyze critical performance metrics—including ROI, pipeline generation, and conversion rates—to identify business gaps and optimize budget allocations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Field Marketing, and GTM leaders to ensure seamless program delivery and strategic alignment across regions.
  • Manage the end-to-end fund application and approval process, providing partners with resources to drive mutual growth.
