Minimum qualifications:
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật bao bì, Kỹ thuật vật liệu, Kỹ thuật quy trình hoặc ngành liên quan; hoặc có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn tương đương.
- Có ít nhất 8 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, chất lượng hoặc bao bì.
- Thành thạo tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung để làm việc với các bên liên quan.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư cấp cao Phát triển Nhà cung cấp Bao bì, về Sản xuất Sản phẩm Điện tử, hoặc tương đương.
- Hiểu quy trình sản xuất, thiết kế bao bì.
- Hiểu quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng bao bì cho thiết bị điện tử.
- Phối hợp tốt với các phòng ban và khu vực.
- Năng lực quản lý, dẫn dắt và lãnh đạo.
- Kỹ năng xử lý sự cố, kiểm soát quy trình bằng thống kê, phân tích lỗi, quản lý chương trình.

Responsibilities
- Xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược quản lý nhà cung cấp bao bì cho sản phẩm phần cứng; phối hợp với bộ phận Quản lý chuỗi cung ứng toàn cầu và Kỹ sư sản phẩm.
- Tìm kiếm, phê duyệt nhà cung cấp; đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và tiến độ giao hàng.
- Giám sát sản phẩm mới tại nhà máy nhà cung cấp, đảm bảo tỷ lệ đạt chuẩn, hiệu quả đóng gói.
- Đảm bảo năng lực sản xuất và chất lượng của nhà cung cấp bao bì khi triển khai sản phẩm mới.
- Phối hợp với phòng thiết kế - kỹ thuật để đảm bảo chất lượng, khả năng sản xuất của bao bì; hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, đào tạo nhà cung cấp, đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn Google.
