Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google's suite of advertising products especially Lead Generation solutions, as well as traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategy.
- Experience with Lead Generation advertisers and or new/emerging businesses.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multi-dimensional, international projects.
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate and deploy product strategy, including influencing cross-functional counterparts and thriving in complex work groups without official authority.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are investigative, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Search+ serves as the strategy and product commercialization partner for Google’s core performance business (Search, Apps, Travel, and Retail), driving global growth for AI-driven like Performance Max. Our mission is to advertise in product development and bring clear solutions to market that empower sellers and advertisers. Within Search+, the Lead Gen team builds the products and GTM strategy to serve the unique use cases of the Lead Gen segment across Finance, Education, B2B, Healthcare, and Auto.
As a Global Product Solutions Lead for Lead Generation, you will inspire sellers and customers to expand adoption of key solutions across Google Ads, partnering closely with technical Product Managers and global Sales teams to influence product development. You’ll collaborate with regional GTM teams to identify product gaps, direct individual roadmaps, and drive toward overarching business goals.
By understanding how our solutions are used globally and capturing the specific needs of regional account teams, you will leverage your ability to influence senior leadership to shape the future of these products and align global teams on a unified strategy.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary guide for Google’s Lead Generation portfolio, defining the multi-year product strategy across Search, YouTube, Display, and emerging surfaces.
- Facilitate and direct governance forums (e.g., product and Global Business Organization Steering Committees and Business and Finance Management meetings) to align Global Business Organization and Product leadership on joint priorities.
- Co-create and prioritize the Lead Generation roadmap, generating adoption for core growth pillars (e.g., Data Strength, First-Party native formats, and qualification tools).
- Partner with leadership sponsors across Global Business Organization and Ads to secure resourcing, unblock dependencies, and resolve trade-offs.
- Manage executive alignment and cross-product area coordination, bridging Global Business Organization commercial priorities with product roadmaps.
