Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs and teams.
- 5 years of experience in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various functions, particularly in environments with indirect authority.
- Experience launching consumer-facing features through both frontend and backend platform development.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience driving large, complex technical programs spanning multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams across different pillars.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute complex, cross-functional projects within the Trustworthy Personalization (TP13n) organization, specifically driving the Universal Profile (UniPro) roadmap.
- Define and manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact, focusing on foundational identity boundaries and personalization models.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and technical dependencies across Engineering, Product, Data Science (DS) and User Experience Researcher (UXR).
- Build alliances with cross-organization (GIE) stakeholders to untangle ambiguous architectural requirements and establish clear milestones, delivery phases, and launch criteria for AI surfaces.
- Implement communication standards across the portfolio, identifying and mitigating critical path risks (privacy, compliance, resourcing) proactively to executive leadership.
