Associate International Growth Consultant, EMEA (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, business development and strategy consulting firms.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing executive-level relationships with customers or agency partners in a complex, matrixed organization. Strong senior stakeholder management and ability to influence towards shared objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience in customer support, account management (direct or offline), project management or consulting.
  • Vertical fluency in one of Media and Entertainment spheres (Aggregators, Gaming, RMG, Ents and Streaming).
  • Distinctive problem-solving and structuring skills, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and commercial recommendations to influence shared objectives. Excellent business acumen including problem-solving with extensive quantitative analysis.

Your role requires candidates with deep problem-solving and analytical skills, to build and maintain relationships effectively with senior stakeholders, and facilitate long term support for their growth ambitions. Responsibilities

  • Advise Google’s largest customers on growing their international businesses by owning the full sales life-cycle from discovery to C-level delivery, uncovering objectives; diagnosing operational hurdles (e.g. payments, customer experience, logistics, and localization), building data-driven GTM recommendations that account for local consumer and competitor trends, and connecting them to Google’s suite of solutions.
  • Serve as a vertical thought leader across the Media and Entertainment vertical for our advertisers, drawing on deep industry and product expertise to spot common challenges and growth opportunities across your portfolio, while contributing actively to relevant internal communities and forums.
  • Collaborate directly with sales partners (i.e. Director and Management-level) to drive operational discipline and accelerate sales velocity, while taking personal ownership of delivering transformational customer initiatives.
