Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Manager-related occupation.
Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Cross-functional and cross-team project management utilizing primavera, office/workspace suite. Strategic program planning with stakeholders including creating roadmaps, risk registers, and charters. Project execution and governance including managing schedule, staffing, and features. Monitoring and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigations using status reports or escalation reports. Continuous process improvement using performance metrics (KPIs) and data analysis tools including Tableau, SQL, SAP order management and purchasing

Responsibilities
- Define and lead complex technology programs from conception to delivery by establishing scope, timelines, and measurable objectives
- Manage project execution by identifying risks, tracking dependencies, and ushering projects through the entire lifecycle
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to report status, priorities, and schedules to stakeholders at all levels
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to facilitate effective decision-making and resolve prioritization misalignments
- Drive continuous improvement by creating automated processes and refining metrics to enhance engineering productivity and velocity. Oversee change management initiatives by anticipating requirements, developing rollout plans, and monitoring adoption progress.
