Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân Kỹ thuật Hóa học, Kỹ thuật Điện, Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp/Sản xuất, Kỹ thuật Cơ khí hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc kỹ thuật sản xuất trong lĩnh vực điện tử tiêu dùng hoặc thiết bị di động.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm, Nhóm Điện thoại Pixel hoặc tương đương
- Kinh nghiệm phát triển sản phẩm điện thoại, sản xuất số lượng lớn và đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bằng thạc sĩ ngành Kỹ thuật Hóa học Ứng dụng hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tế tương đương.
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm giám sát hoạt động cải thiện tỷ lệ sản phẩm đạt chuẩn và rút ngắn chu kỳ sản xuất cho các linh kiện sản xuất số lượng lớn.
- Kinh nghiệm ngăn chặn vấn đề suy giảm chất lượng ngay từ giai đoạn đầu của quá trình sản xuất, triển khai quy trình báo cáo vấn đề chất lượng lên cấp trên và liên tục cải tiến sản phẩm cùng các đối tác.

Responsibilities
- Xây dựng tiêu chuẩn ngoại quan sản phẩm điện thoại và kế hoạch kiểm tra chất lượng tại công đoạn lắp ráp cuối cùng.
- Quản lý chất lượng chức năng, kích thước và ngoại quan vật liệu; hoạch định ngân sách thiết bị và kiểm soát chất lượng.
- Xử lý sự cố chất lượng nhà cung cấp, phân tích lỗi, xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và triển khai biện pháp khắc phục trong giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm mới (NPI) và sản xuất hàng loạt.
- Đồng bộ quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng đầu vào với kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra của nhà cung cấp.
- Tham gia thiết kế chất lượng, rà soát với các đối tác thiết kế, sản xuất, phát triển nhà cung cấp.
