Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in SAP Analytics, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BTP platform.
- Experience in SQL query.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Project experience in GCP, BigQuery and AI.
- Profound knowledge of the cloud landscape and a clear perspective on the unique engaged advantages of different cloud platform services.
- Demonstrated success in leading global teams and managing partnerships with system integrators and third-party developers to provide transformative client solutions.
- Broad technical competency across GenAI frameworks, Agentic AI architectures, and enterprise AI implementations.

As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners.As a SAP Delivery Manager - Data and AI Engineer, you will work directly with Google’s customers on critical projects to manage project delivery, provide management, consulting, and technical advisory to customer engagements while working with customer executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions on Google’s Cloud Platform.
You will also work closely with Google's partners servicing customer accounts to manage projects, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best-practice expertise. To be successful, you know how to navigate ambiguity, have extensive experience working with cloud technologies, have technical depth, and enjoy working with customer executives. You will also possess excellent people management, communication, and project management skills. Travel may be required for approximately 25% of the time for client engagements.

- Work with customer technical leads, customer executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of cloud solutions becoming a trusted advisor to decision makers throughout the engagement.
- Establish governance frameworks and uphold the highest standards of execution quality across customer projects.
- Oversee Project Delivery risks, impediments, and critical tasks, ensuring consistent tracking to achieve project goals and schedule milestones.
- Work with internal specialists, product and engineering teams to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies and published assets.
- Propose architectures for SAP products and manage the deployment of cloud based SAP solutions according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
