Professional Development Partner Manager, Google for Education, LATAM (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in instructional coaching or corporate training (e.g., educational technology or K-12 or Higher Education landscape).
  • Experience delivering engaging workshops.
  • Experience navigating the localized educational landscapes across (EMEA, LATAM, APAC).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience planning and coordinating event logistics from inception to execution.
  • Experience managing customer or partner relationships.
  • Experience creating training guides and building learning materials.

About the job

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing enablement programs for all Go-To-Market Sales teams that help drive the Business Enablement global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud Platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational rhythm of business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit high-quality training partners and self-supporting facilitators across the region.
  • Review regional applications, delivering targeted feedback to help candidates meet acceptance criteria, and provide structured guidance through onboarding.
  • Serve as partners’ primary point of contact. Drive ongoing enablement by hosting "New Partner" orientation meetings, monthly time-zone-friendly PD Partner updates, and targeted 1:1 meetings with partners for projects.
  • Elevate facilitation standards by hosting upskilling workshops, creating custom training guides to fill content gaps, and directly observing workshops to deliver constructive coaching.
  • Bridge external partners and internal teams to integrate PD Partners into go-to-market strategies. Execute partner events alongside Digital Transformation, Marketing, and Channel teams.
