Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
- 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field.
- 1 year of experience with Unix/Linux or operating systems environments, distributed systems, machine learning, information retrieval and TCP/IP.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for developing innovative vertical solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agent-based systems.
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 5-10 software engineers, fostering their growth and development.
- Lead a talented team of engineers in the pioneering development of GenAI-powered enterprise solutions.
