gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

Agencies and Partners (A&Ps) are the primary users of Google's media platforms and those of performers, influencing a disproportionate amount of Google's ad spend and playing a key role in buying decisions. gTech Ads has established a new Agency and Partners (gAP) Organization with a mission to scale gTech's expert services by building a technically enabled third-party (3P) Partner ecosystem. The Upskilling team within this organization will be responsible for educating A&Ps on our media products and services, thus fueling scalable activation and business growth through coordinated partner education and product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define the overarching enablement strategy and learning roadmap for a global product priority/area for your region by auditing partner, product and service delivery gaps, and determining priority capability areas and designing targeted learning to bridge skill gaps.
  • Work with our regional partner delivery managers to deliver training, and govern the certification process to maintain a reliable pipeline of separate, product-ready A&Ps.
  • Partner closely with numerous teams, including gTech Ads, Product, Marketing and Sales counterparts, to design and deploy service package bundles for agencies on annual goals. Foster cross-functional relationships to build trust, manage expectations, and increase demand for our services.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team by leading projects that support the team’s distributed culture and large-scale internal operations.
