Enterprise Strategy and Enablement Lead (Japanese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in enterprise strategy, channel management, or training manager within the enterprise sector in technology or consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience managing high-performance vendors or agencies to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder programs with clear ROI metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing headquarters-level leadership at major Japanese carriers or franchisees to secure strategic alignment and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the curiosity to learn complex mobility architectures (MDM, Android Enterprise, Security) and translate them into impactful commercial narratives.

About the job

As the Enterprise Strategy and Enablement Lead for Pixel, you will partner closely with Carrier and Franchise Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) to design and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that empowers partner sales organizations to win in the enterprise market. By identifying critical seller requirements, prioritizing high-growth opportunities, you will deploy localized enablement strategies that drive sustainable mindshare and business generation growth for Pixel in Japan. Additionally, you will oversee vendor management and project-manage key events to ensure Pixel remains the preferred choice for enterprise and SMB deployments in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Create and design the enablement strategy and advocacy programs to drive enterprise sales within Japan, taking into account areas of business requirements and prioritisation of opportunity size and verticals. Translate the strategy into actionable plans to deliver enablement programs and training.
  • Lead curriculum design, localization, and delivery of high-impact training across enterprise sales channels. Deliver high-stakes sales pitches to accelerate complex enterprise cycles and launch advocacy programs to secure permanent Pixel mindshare, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute B2B events, partner summits, and interactive demonstration experiences.
  • Navigate matrixed global and local environments to align resources, build trusted leadership relationships, and deliver a "One Google" sales narrative.
  • Manage external training agencies and vendor performance, optimizing budgets to ensure high return on investment.
