AIP Marketing Manager, EMEA

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
  • Experience with digital marketing along with an understanding of Google's products and the technology industry. Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including setting targets, managing budgets, and reporting performance.
  • Experience with planning, proposing market prioritization, and investment allocation. Familiarity with owned and external digital media channels as well as with first-party data and privacy requirements.
  • Ability to drive complex programs managing a set of global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Ability to influence global product and marketing programs and support local market partners effectively.

About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

In this role, you will deliver a personalised journey that takes users along a path to more helpfulness which results in establishing a paid relationship with Google.

You will be acting as a business co-owner for Google AI Plus/Pro subscriptions in EMEA, you will design and execute the integrated marketing strategy with user-centered marketing campaigns.

You will represent EMEA globally and adapt globally led programs for local markets. You will be directly responsible for partnering with regional Go-to-market (GTM), driving relentless prioritization and higher levels of impact.

You will drive mid-funnel consideration and bottom-funnel paid starts, creating a platform for testing and learning to continuously optimize performance and grow our paid subscriber base.

Spain: €90000 - €92500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy for growing Google AI Pro/Plus paid users in EMEA, identify and prioritise growth opportunities, propose market prioritization and investment allocation.
  • Support local partnership co-marketing activities by providing templates and tool kits, supporting local teams in the delivery of integrated marketing plans.
  • Act as a partner for Global Marketing teams representing the EMEA teams, helping to shape global marketing programs and surfacing EMEA growth opportunities.
  • Adapt and adopt globally led programs for EMEA markets such as Direct Response (DR) initiatives and global partner toolkits. Invent and lead end-to-end regional marketing scaled programs, including mid-funnel brand/engagement building activities.
  • Create a platform of testing and learning to continuously optimize campaign performance. Adopt AI Workflows and AI tools unlocking higher levels of marketing impact and efficiency.
