Manager, Customer Success Acceleration, Google Customer Solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience of working in advertising solutions and the media landscape, both online and offline.
  • Deep product expertise in Google Ads and excellence over digital marketing.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize strategic or tactical business opportunities.
  • Ability to engage with and influence executive leadership with excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent investigative and structured problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Central team of high performing digital marketing strategists who work collaboratively with Americas Mid-Market Sales teams.
  • Achieve quarterly goals and growth objectives for multiple segments at the market/business-model level.
  • Coach your team to support and help advertisers maximize opportunities, improve performance and enhance Return on Investment (ROI) across lead generation, e-commerce and multi-channel businesses.
  • Mobilize and enable your team to problem solve for customer’s lifetime value by fulfilling business/marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Program Management teams to enable Google’s go-to-market strategy for ads solutions across the mid-market segment of customers.
