About the job
The YouTube Business Central Planning and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning, business operations, incentives design and operations, product partnerships strategy, and go-to-market for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
As a Senior Associate on the Strategic Planning team, you will partner closely with leaders across YouTube’s business organization to lead the organization-wide objectives and key results (OKR) process, and undertake special projects to improve how our teams operate and execute.
