Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
  • 4 years of experience with web/cloud technologies as well as data infrastructure.
  • 3 years of experience in media and customer negotiations bridging from CBOs to product deliverables.
  • Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to develop internal and external stakeholder networks navigating Google and the client side to build relationships necessary to deliver against plans and projects.
  • Ability to grow in ambiguity, solve complex problems and navigate effectively across a large organization and highly distributed team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to adapt a narrative to both technical and business audiences, including C-levels audiences.
  • Strong technical project management enabling multiple cross-functional teams to deliver against plan.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, influence and advocating ideas.

About the job

As an Engagement Manager, you will create an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients by taking accountability for gTech service delivery, product-aligned growth roadmaps, and Sales enablement. In this role, you serve as a unified partner orchestrating comprehensive offerings, representing the organization to sellers and executive stakeholders, and bridging technical, media, and product domains directly with client Chief Business Officers (CBOs). You will collaborate within a group of thought leaders and program managers addressing complex business tests and marshaling resources to achieve operational excellence.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $140000 - $204000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical and media advisor to top Ads leadership, driving client ROI through AI-led product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales to assess annual goals, uncover business challenges, and secure senior client buy-in for gTech solutions.
  • Design Platinum Services Plans (PSPs) scoping full-suite gTech services, including technical integrations, customer support, and media delivery.
  • Direct regional execution teams, Customer Experience, and Media Solutions to ensure seamless service deployment.
  • Manage end-to-end go-to-market execution, conduct client debriefs, resolve high-visibility escalations, and proactively improve sentiment.
