Creative Sales Specialist (English, Turkish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in media production, digital ad operations, creative agency operations, influencer's marketing agency or digital ads platforms.
  • Experience with project management, involving the delivery of high profile projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in the creative development process and the creative ecosystem, including creators economy.
  • Deep expertise in Google/YouTube solutions, AI creative tools and creator marketing ecosystem.

Creative is the largest driver of campaign ROI, and the rise of AI is fundamentally reshaping the creative landscape. Creative is critical to accelerating revenue growth for Google and a pivotal opportunity for advertisers and the creative tech partner ecosystem. Creators are the magical part of YouTube – setting trends and shaping culture, engaging fans across both short-and long- form content, and driving purchase intent. These advancements have fueled a proliferation of creative solutions.

In this role, you will be in charge of identifying gaps and opportunities in customers’ creative & creators strategy, developing an understanding of their creative challenges, diagnosing creative health and best practices adoption, and supporting sales teams to navigate and pitch the right creative solutions to meet their customers’ needs, utilizing Creative & Creators 1P and 3P partners.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose creative opportunities across advertisers, including asset variety, creator opportunity and ad quality.
  • Drive advertisers’ adoption of Creative AI solutions and increase Creators Ads by using 1P solutions and 3P (Influencer Marketing Agencies).
  • Identify priority customers for activation and match customers with priority partners to inform pitches based on customer creative advancement opportunities.
  • Utilize strategic creators & creative incentive funds to de-risk partner trials with priority customers.
  • Build and deliver pitches that demonstrate the value of creative optimization, driving advertisers to adopt best practices and use creative and creators product solutions.
