Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and 2 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into strategic action plans to address root-cause issues; Navigating complex internal environments by leveraging data analysis and structured project management to build high-impact partnerships across Sales and influence product changes to cross-functional departments; Anticipating, identifying and recommending technical solutions to defined problems by evaluating and analyzing data and business needs; Assessing complex technical issues and translating customer pain points into actionable business solutions; Solving complex technical customer issues and escalations.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000 - $164,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.

Position reports to the Google office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Execute, customize, and help develop technical solutions based on defined user objectives and technical requirements.
  • Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and stakeholder meeting facilitation.
  • Contribute to partner strategies by generating insights, participating in business reviews, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Support the updating of existing solution content and create repeatable documentation like tutorials and best practices.
  • Help identify solution issue trends and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks and improve delivery efficiency. Support strategic relationships with stakeholders by defining solution scope, coaching teams, and addressing escalations.
