Minimum qualifications:
- Bằng cử nhân chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Thiết kế Sản phẩm hoặc kinh nghiệm thực tiễn tương đương.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Kỹ sư Thiết kế Sản phẩm, Đồng hồ Pixel hoặctương đương.
- 2 năm kinh nghiệm phân tích hỏng hóc sản phẩm điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm như kính hiển vi, máy chụp CT để phân tích sự cố kỹ thuật.
- Thành thạo công cụ thiết kế CAD như NX, Creo, CATIA hoặc SolidWorks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bằng thạc sĩ Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Thiết kế Sản phẩm, hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương.
- 5 năm kinh nghiệm phân tích hỏng hóc sản phẩm điện tử tiêu dùng.
- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng thiết bị phân tích X-ray, CT, SEM/EDX, FTIR và DSC.
- Kinh nghiệm với công cụ phân tích thống kê, mô phỏng như Minitab, JMP, MATLAB hoặc Ansys.
- Kinh nghiệm tích hợp hệ thống điện – cơ, kiểm soát chống thấm nước, nhiệt, tiếp đất, kiến trúc sản phẩm.
- Kinh nghiệm quy trình lắp ráp, kiểm tra, đóng gói và phần mềm NX, Teamcenter.

Responsibilities
- Tham gia điều tra sự cố phần cứng liên quan đến vật liệu, hệ thống điện, chất lượng linh kiện, thiết kế và lắp ráp.
- Áp dụng các phương pháp như kính hiển vi, chụp CT và thăm dò điện để xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và cơ chế hỏng hóc.
- Soạn thảo báo cáo phân tích sự cố rõ ràng, phù hợp với đối tượng kỹ thuật và phi kỹ thuật.
- Phát triển, tối ưu phương pháp kiểm tra và quy trình thí nghiệm nhằm nâng cao năng lực phân tích sự cố.
- Phối hợp với các nhóm liên chức năng, đề xuất giải pháp và triển khai biện pháp khắc phục về thiết kế, quy trình từ giai đoạn ý tưởng đến sản xuất.
