Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience working with C-level executives, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of management.
- Experience in creative writing and public speaking.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and Italian fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Video Content Creation Ecosystem (Short-form, Long-form, Podcast, Live).
- Experience in identifying and implementing improvements based on data and insights.
- Experience with digital or social media.
- Understanding of and passion for content and creators.
- Ability to demonstrate high EQ and collaborative working style.
- Excellent writing/editing skills and orientation to detail.
About the job
As a part of the Community Partner Management team, you will support and manage high-potential creators, manage creators across all formats, sizes and verticals. Your mission is to scalably grow a healthy, growing ecosystem of creators across the globe, as we look to incubate and nurture the top creators of tomorrow. You will accelerate product adoption to our highly targeted, yet scaled bootcamps we run every quarter in addition to our community programming. You will be an innovator and builder who add science to scale and humanize YouTube for all types of creators.As a Community Partner Manager (CPM), you will have the exciting opportunity to engage at scale managing thousands of talented creators across all genres and sizes. You will onboard, educate, engage and support emerging creator communities across Spain and Italy. In this role, you will will involve targeted creator onboarding, scalable community communications and engagement, scaled support, and the establishment and execution of a sophisticated operational model including multiple communication platforms and tools. You will be a crucial part of the acceleration and add science to scale, including through AI.
In addition to managing the creators in our "always-on" community, you will be hosting quarterly product-focused bootcamps to drive adoption and scale to create lighthouse product ambassadors to partner with for feedback and showcasing the product to other peers.At YouTube, we believe that everyone deserves to have a voice, and that the world is a better place when we share, and build community through our stories. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of top and emerging creators across formats for both Spain (main focus) and Italy.
- Host quarterly product-focused bootcamps to activate a cohort of creators on a specific product.
- Develop scaled communication plans for various segments of the YouTube creator community.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product on trends and campaigns.
- Enagage with and develop YouTube creators at scale, analyze creator feedback and recommend/drive changes to existing products, policies, and processes to increase creator satisfaction, activity, and performance.
