Community Partner Manager (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working autonomously in a changing, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience partnering with technology platforms (e.g., CDPs, CRMs, CMSs, data onboarders, etc.), consultancies and agencies.
  • Experience with Google's performance/measurement products (e.g., data strength, Google tag gateway, data manager, enhanced conversions, vehicle listing ads).
  • Experience with content programming and creative campaign design/management
  • Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.

About the job

As a Community Partner Manager (CPM), you will have the exciting opportunity to engage at scale managing thousands of talented creators across all genres and sizes. You will onboard, educate, engage and support our emerging creator communities across Spanish Speaking Latin America. The role will involve targeted creator onboarding, scalable community communications and engagement, scaled support, and the establishment and execution of a sophisticated operational model including multiple communication platforms and tools. Our team is being run as an innovative hub, and you’ll be a crucial part of the acceleration and adding science to our scale, including through AI. In addition to managing the creators in our "always-on" community, you will be hosting quarterly product-focused bootcamps to drive adoption and scale and to create lighthouse product ambassadors we can partner with for feedback and showcasing the product to other peers.The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of top and emerging creators across Spanish-Speaking Latin America, implementing scaled communication plans tailored to various segments of the creator community.
  • Design and execute educational and activation programs, including quarterly product-focused bootcamps, scaled workshops, and peer-to-peer sessions (both virtual and in-person) to foster creator development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align current trends and campaigns with the creators' content strategies.
  • Provide quarterly market analysis and execute targeted market action plans to optimize regional performance and ensure a consistent increase in monthly users.
  • Analyze creator feedback to recommend and drive strategic changes to existing products, policies, and processes, ultimately increasing creator satisfaction, activity, and performance.
