Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
- 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 1 year of experience with Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in B2C or e-commerce software.
- Experience in debugging and resolving system issues, and addressing technical debt.
- Experience building scalable test automation frameworks for complex, AI systems.
- Experience in C++ and Python.
- Deep understanding of ML/LLM systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret quality metrics, identify regression patterns, and drive data-informed modeling decisions.

Our mission is to enable creators to launch and scale their Shopping journey through seamless activation, intelligent matchmaking, and data-driven inspiration.
As a team, we drive growth by owning the Activation and Inspiration Critical User Journey's. Beyond onboarding, we create and leverage Creator Profiles and AI/ML predictive modeling to provide actionable insights, helping creators discover the best merchants, lucrative offers, and relevant products for their audience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of innovative ML/AI-driven models and features.
- Architect and build systems that deeply integrate LLMs and other AI technologies to provide intelligent recommendations.
- Drive integrations across multiple product partners, lead by strong collaborations and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and other engineering teams to define and deliver the roadmap for ML/AI capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative environment.
