About the job

As a Partner Solutions Manager, you'll be the technical leader for how partner solutions are onboarded, validated, and made enterprise-ready on Google Cloud Marketplace at global scale. You'll work with partner engineering teams, Google Cloud product and engineering, and field organizations to make sure every solution on Marketplace integrates cleanly, deploys reliably, and meets Google's quality, security, and governance standards.

This role needs a strong technical foundation and an operator's mindset. You'll redesign high-volume, manual processes, like partner onboarding, listing review, integration testing, and solution validation, with AI and automation. The goal is to raise throughput and quality while cutting time-to-market for partners. You'll be a trusted technical advisor to strategic partners and a key source of partner insight for the Marketplace product roadmap.

You'll do well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. You'll need to build technical programs from first principles and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders across Google and the partner ecosystem.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.
