Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the architecture and application of data-driven marketing, media buying/selling, and ad-tech solutions.
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, from driving C-level organizational change to managing multi-departmental projects and ensuring implementation excellence.
  • Expertise in creating strategic, analytical sales approaches, particularly in enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-level relationships across advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.

The Finance/Banks team within the LCS Brazil team empowers the most complex advertisers to harness the power of data and technology, enabling them to achieve their business and marketing objectives. You will leverage the full suite of Google’s Data & Technology products (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, ADH, and Advanced Marketing Analytics with GCP).

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with your LCS team to drive growth for the client's business. Build and foster long-term relationships with C-Level executives and the client's decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, to build and carry out long-term digital strategies, optimize their advertising expenditures, and drive better business results.
  • Generate business plans to define your selling strategies and tactics for our platforms and identifying where we can provide the most impact to help the client achieve their business objectives.
  • Advocate for the client within LCS, working with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities or highlighting challenges to them.
  • Develop scalable and leading-edge solutions for clients to optimize their advertising expenditures and maximize the use of all Google products (Video, Display, Search, Mobile etc.).
