Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience of providing polished and professional executive support to executives within a fast-paced team and international environment; able to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills at the executive level.
  • Highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention-to-detail, comfortable with ambiguity, autonomous execution and escalation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

US: $96000 - $138000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Operate separately on administrative tasks with minimal supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, executive expense management, event and budget management).
  • Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (i.e., digital and in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and other celebrations and milestones.
  • Take the initiative to lead and manage ad hoc programs to further the organization/leader's business goals.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage, as well as within the administrative community.
  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives of the organization you are supporting.
