About the job

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Google’s most high profile, high-stakes flagship moments including YouTube Brandcast (our premier annual upfront showcase for top advertisers and agency leaders). Other key events may include major projects across the team including creator summits, industry tentpoles, internal events, etc.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of live entertainment, digital culture, and commercial marketing. You will orchestrate multi-million dollar budgets, direct industry-leading production and creative agencies, partner with A-list talent and top creators, and influence executive Google/YouTube executives (VP/SVP) to deliver unforgettable brand moments that drive measurable business results.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
