AI Campaign Operations and Localization Manager

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in project management, web/digital localization, or product marketing management.
  • Experience managing localization programs for web properties and marketing campaigns, with a focus on process re-engineering and automation.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of program or project managers.
  • Experience building or implementing AI tools, specifically using Large Language Models (LLMs), API integrations, or enterprise AI platforms to design and deploy custom agents that automate business workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in localization strategy, including internationalization best practices and emerging industry trends, specifically the application of AI in translation and content adaptation.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools like Buganizer, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in setting and achieving "big rock" objectives or objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise or similar AI ecosystem tools.
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable team plans and priorities.

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $126000 - $180000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Redesign campaign development and localization workflows to boost speed-to-market. Build custom Gemini Enterprise agents to automate intake queues, web scraping, and issue triage.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to manage end-to-end localization for Google Cloud web properties within quality, timeline, and capacity bounds.
  • Drive cross-functional efforts to elevate user experience and meet key goals, leveraging site analytics and user behavior insights to optimize performance while mitigating operational risks.
  • Lead cross-team alignment with stakeholders and vendors. Distribute key learnings across the organization while establishing best practices for AI adoption and workflow automation.
  • Oversee the Cloud localization budget and performance metrics. Mentor and lead vendor specialists to foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
