Field Activation and Agentic Transformation Lead (Japanese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in technical or GTM planning for a cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience delivering Go-to-Market (GTM) motions.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience promoting cloud AI and agentic workplace products.
  • Experience with content creation and narrative development.
  • Experience promoting cloud products and manging scaled GTM processes.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import/export ideas to achieve organizational goals.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver a business and technical presentation to executive audiences.

The Go-to-Market (GTM) practice organization is the central global organization that owns the development and activation of go-to-market plans across all product areas for Google Cloud. The regional GTM practice is the execution unit of the GTM practice organization, responsible for activating the field against the market opportunities, managing performance feedback loops to accelerate and enable the GTM organization to deliver on the financial plan. The Field Activation and Agentic Transformation Lead for Japan, is the leader for the activation of this GTM practice area supporting the end-to-end Japan business and for managing the practice area GTM plan. As a member of our Go-to-Market team, you will help our customers harness agentic AI.

As a GTM Field Activation and Agentic Transformation Lead, you will bring your experience and thought leadership to help drive the activation, mission, and strategy for our agentic transformation strategy in JAPAC.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution of the regional GTM plan across stakeholder teams such as activation, enablement, marketing, partners, and services.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and execute programs that enable the team to deliver on agentic transformation business strategies.
  • Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders across the global and regional partner organization, sales, marketing, and product to co-develop and launch joint GTM plans that drive measurable field engagement and pipeline generation.
  • Track and analyze metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and seller engagement for GTM plays, providing insights to regional sales leaders and global practice leads.
  • Conduct quarterly and monthly business reviews to report on GTM progress and collaborate with practice leads to refine the GTM plan and strategy.
