Senior Agency Sales Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google marketing platforms or Google measurement capabilities including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Strong tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 60% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a rolling partnership plan and roadmap that maximizes benefits across Search, YouTube, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), and Data/Measurement.
  • Expand Google’s sphere of influence into agency Client Services, Strategy, Planning, Investment, and Measurement by leading relationships with CEOs, CIOs, and CCOs.
  • Act as the lead authority on Search evolution, ensuring agency executives understand the ad opportunities within the enhanced user experience and influencing the agency voice in the market.
  • Serve as a business development consultant to drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions (e.g., Performance Max/AI Max, Demand Gen) linked to client-specific business objectives.
  • Align cross-functional teams toward shared goals and own the resolution of organizational bottlenecks to create new team playbooks.
