Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with data modeling, scripting languages (SQL or equivalent) and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
- Experience in program management in a hypergrowth environment. Track record of managing individual deliverables, with the organizational skills to support complex cross-functional project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.
- Ability to self-initiate to work in an unstructured environment and to navigate a global, fast-growing, and dynamic environment with sound business judgment.
- Excellent investigative skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business leadership.

- Lead implementation of the LATAM GTM strategy through key pillars across the annual planning process, including customer segmentation, territory design and quota cascade, to ensure alignment between the LATAM and global GTM strategy.
- Execute on operational processes related to the implementation of LATAM GTM strategy through annual planning and in-year processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the LATAM Strategy and Operations (S&O) team and Sales leadership by structuring, analyzing, and communicating business challenges and delivering actionable insights that directly influence executive-level decision making on the prioritization of growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations within Google Cloud to drive alignment on the execution and achievement of business goals and update the strategy for Google Cloud in LATAM.
- Identify and implement best practices to standardize key planning processes and GTM workstreams across LATAM and Global teams.
