Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science.
  • 5 years of experience in internet technologies, with excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing measurement techniques (e.g., incrementality, MMM, and attribution modeling).
  • Deep knowledge of Apps products, performance/brand marketing, or the online advertising landscape.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate data into compelling business narratives.
  • Proven project management and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead multiple parallel solutions, build relationships, and manage stakeholders.

Our LCS teams partner closely with the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. The team enjoys a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms and are uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age.

In this role, you will partner closely with sales teams to monitor our products' performance for top clients, develop tools that address their technological and business needs, and identify opportunities to grow Google's customers. Additionally, you will continuously look for opportunities to improve processes through workflow optimization and automation to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively and build relationships with external advertisers to unlock business outcomes powered by Google Ads campaigns, driving product adoption & revenue growth across sales lifecycle.
  • Collaborate effectively with vendors and sales teams to drive growth plans for clients, applying deep knowledge of market and competitive environments across verticals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients, collaborating to architect media plans and deliver complex technical solutions that solve critical business challenges.
  • Measure, analyze, and advocate for the unique value of Google Ad solutions in direct comparison and differentiation to competitor offerings.
  • Serve as the consultative Apps product expert, delivering digital marketing solutions that advance the customer's digital maturity while advocating for new features and guiding technical implementation, upgrades, and data integration.
