About the job

As Director, Chief of Staff, Workspace Product, you will provide critical operational leverage for the Google Workspace suite. To ensure organizational clarity, this role is distinct from our Product Director functions: while Product Directors are primarily accountable for the "what"—driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, and ensuring the delivery of innovative features—the Chief of Staff is focused on the "how."

In this capacity, you will serve as a high-impact executive proxy, clearing complex cross-functional bottlenecks and driving alignment across key Google product areas. You will possess deep analytical aptitude and technical fluency—particularly in AI/ML—combined with the sophisticated influencing skills required to navigate large-scale enterprise and consumer application ecosystems. This role is essential for converting organizational friction into collaborative execution and safeguarding the overall health of the Workspace product organization.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
