Partner Development Manager, Sovereign Data Partnerships

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a Partner Development Manager or strategic
    partnerships role focusing on cloud or sovereign solutions.
  • Experience developing GTM strategies, partner recruitment, and sales enablement, particularly in regulated industries sector.
  • Experience building partner ecosystems with system integrators, advisors, ISVs, resellers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Public Sector/Government industry clients.
  • Experience with sovereign cloud concepts, including operational models, data boundary controls, and external key management.
  • Ability to coordinate with the regional sales leadership to align field teams and leverage customer relationships and facilitate selling efforts.
  • Ability to optimize onboarding, validation, and operational processes to reduce sales friction and maximize partner velocity.

In this role, you will be the primary lead for the partner ecosystem across Google Cloud's dedicated and data boundary offerings. This role is accountable for driving partner-led customer adoption and pipeline growth in financial services, healthcare and other highly regulated commercial industries leveraging the S3NS and German dedicated cloud, and the global data boundary offering.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Germany: €140000 - €144000 (EUR) + 66.67% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Work with our Google Cloud dedicated and data boundary partner operators to design, build and roll out an integrated partner program to attract and retain a partner ecosystem.
  • Define and drive the execution of the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including business development activities to drive business  growth.
  • Identify, engage,recruit and develop key partners with deep relationships in target commercial sectors to bring qualified net new opportunities and drive consumption.
  • Drive the independent software vendor (ISV) partnership lifecycle, ensuring an ecosystem of ISVs is activated to drive net new business growth and address customer workload needs.
  • Identify and engage strategic systems integrators and advisory partners (e.g., GSIs) to guide regulated industry customers through complex data classification strategies and business case development for Google Dedicated Cloud.
