Mobile Apps Consultant, Apps and Gaming, Global Partnerships

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience as an ad business generation consultant, yield manager, or growth specialist with experience in AdMob optimization.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Expertise in A/B testing for pricing strategies, tooling automation for scale, and monetization tactics for Mobile Apps.
  • Core experience with mobile gaming monetization is highly desirable.
  • Practical experience with Agentic AI solutions, including the ability to design workflows that leverage AI agents for reasoning, planning, and task execution.
  • Deep understanding of AdTech principles, mediation setups, and yield best practices specific to App environments.
  • Strong investigative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets regarding eCPM, fill rates, and match rates from Mobile App platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Our Global Partnerships Sellside team empowers online publishers to maximize their business potential with ad solutions such as AdMob, AdSense, and Google Ad Manager. In this role, you will directly contribute to Google's growth by forging deep relationships with large App developers.

Your proactive approach, industry expertise, and understanding of our products will ensure these partners get the most from Google's advertising technology and see us as their trusted advisor.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €70000 - €71500 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide customized consultations and in-depth performance analysis (such as eCPM, match rates, fill rates, waterfall/RTB optimizations etc.) to high-growth mobile app publishers.
  • Lead cross-functional client discussions with product, facilitate agreements, and data science teams to align on growth objectives and establish trusted advisor relationships.
  • Conduct thorough data audits to identify mediation setups, pricing floors, latency, and inventory factors affecting Average Revenue Per Daily Active User (ARPDAU) and ad business growth.
  • Present at industry events and partner executive summits. Produce industry-leading AdMob yield and growth insights for marketing initiatives, events, and high-touch engagements with top partners.
  • Automate and scale yield audit processes by designing agentic AI workflows. Utilize tools such as AI Studio, Antigravity and GCP Gemini Enterprise Platform to build autonomous agents capable of performing initial audits and generating preliminary recommendations.
