Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
- 2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.
- 2 years of experience in troubleshooting for implementation issues, such as diagnosing critical product bugs affecting data flow.
- Experience advising internal and external stakeholders (like developer teams) on the end-to-end process life cycle.
- Ability to communicate in English and either French or Italian fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technical field.
- Experience setting up Enhanced Conversions (EC), Google Analytics (GA4), Consent Mode, and Tagging (including server-side tagging and API integrations).
- Deep understanding of Google and competitor ads products, as well as the broader privacy-safe measurement landscape.

As a Center of Excellence within the gTech Ads Solution team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve business outcomes through data-driven measurement.
In this specific team we partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled, support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. Our ultimate goal is to enable clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Ireland: €114000 - €116000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities
- Discover customer measurement needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals.
- Analyze existing 3P partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
- Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan.
- Act as a consulting partner for ads measurement and data ingestion needs.
