Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business by co-pitching high-potential accounts, accelerating Partnership and YouTube Engagement Ad adoption, and managing "Creator x Brand" agreements flows to ensure seamless brand-creator collaboration across the region.
  • Bridge cross-functional teams, including Sales, YTP, and CPM, to simplify advertiser experiences while proactively managing implementation timelines and unblocking operational hurdles in creator discovery and asset production processes.
  • Lead regional Go-To-Market strategies for brand and creator revenue, influencing product roadmaps and future developments by providing critical feedback on friction points and market supply gaps.
  • Upskill GCS sellers through targeted training, coaching, and pitch narrative development, focusing on Partnership Ads and creator culture to establish new regional standards for effective audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with gTech and global product teams to implement measurement playbooks proving the ROI of organic-plus-paid strategies.
