About the job

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Manager, Supply Chain Program Management in the Supply Chain and Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting on time and accurate capacity enhancements across Google Global Infrastructure's (GGI) network of data centers, and edge networking deployments. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to facilitate developing end to end strategies that connect our demand, supply, inventory, data center labor and deployment planning. You will work with a truly cross functional team of internal (demand planning, commodity management, supply operations, data center labor and deployment teams) and external (manufacturers and suppliers) stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions to meet customer demand, and will lead prioritization and allocation decisions as needed.

This role requires an individual to leverage strategic and end to end thought leadership. Successful individuals in this role have strong planning backgrounds while being expert communicators and leaders. They are comfortable with working independently, in ambiguous and complex environments. They also have the ability to handle multiple programs at the same time while being highly customer focused.

We empower Google customers with breakthrough capabilities and insights by delivering AI and Infrastructure at unparalleled scale, efficiency, reliability and velocity. Our customers include Googlers, Google Cloud customers, and billions of Google users worldwide.
