Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in brand and consumer marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and production houses.
  • Experience leading cross-functional team to build global brands, brand strategies, and campaigns.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Ability to navigate high stake initiatives and communication and be comfortable in an ambiguous, high-pressure and changing environment.
  • Ability to build strategies from scratch and manage multiple projects at a time with very high standards for your work.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to distill complex analysis to impactful and actionable guidance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in rooms of all sizes and seniority levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills for settling conflicts.

About the job

As a Brand Marketing Manager for the Pixel Ecosystem, you will lead comprehensive strategies for these products, develop compelling consumer narratives, and execute global marketing campaigns. You will actively shape how consumers experience our brand, serving as the go-to voice for your products.

In this role, you will collaborate across internal and external teams to ensure excellence across all touchpoints. You will work in lockstep with Product Marketing to ensure business impact is at the forefront of all executions, partnering with Owned Channel and Partner teams to ensure effective execution across various channels.

You will be cross-functional thinkers and doers, fluent in building iconic brands, finding cultural insights to inform sticky briefs, and managing agency relationships. You will be able to communicate clearly and persuasively with leadership, understanding what makes a great brand by connecting opportunities that others miss to form successful strategies that move the business forward. Finally, relevant professional experience in mobile devices, telecommunications, or physical goods will prove very helpful.

US: $141000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand strategy and narrative development for Pixel’s ecosystem products, including insight mining, briefing, creative development, production, go-to-market, budget, timeline, and measurement.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media, and in first-party and third-party retail.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external creative partners, facilitating the creative development process and reviews. Ensure creative excellence and consistency in brand visual identity, brand messaging, and communications across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and present to executive cross-functional stakeholders. Partner closely with product marketing, creative, production, activation and engagement, retail, and owned channel teams.
  • Work with regional teams to scale the brand strategy and full-funnel campaigns to markets around the world.
