Senior Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local clients and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in sales and business development or product marketing, digital media, technology sales, agency.
  • Experience with Google and Video advertising solutions, and an understanding of industry-wide digital media products.
  • Experience in business development, consultative selling, and managing high-level client relationships.
  • Proficiency in relationship servicing and driving growth through expert strategic consultation.
  • Understanding of Vietnam’s unique marketing and media landscape.

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll provide advertising solutions to consumers and businesses. Working closely with the Industry Manager and cross-functional teams to develop Google's marketplace, you'll combine a passion for the industry and demonstrated fluency in the language of media with effective presentation and communication skills. You'll manage the relationships with clients and agencies, identifying, educating and developing clients in order to drive their business growth.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data-driven recommendations and strategic advice that align with customer business objectives to grow cross-channel advertising revenue and maximize business impact.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic plans and lead high-level pitches and presentations with minimal guidance to secure long-term business opportunities.
  • Partner with account teams and technical specialists to build a pipeline and identify sustainable growth levers for your portfolio.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to direct customers and agencies, extending relationships through expert consultation and advertising optimization.
  • Analyze consumer trends and data insights to craft compelling narratives and strategic plans that address complex business challenges and drive market growth.
