Strategy and Operations Lead, gTech Ads

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Work experience in management consulting firm or equivalent project management experience in a strategy function for software, Internet, media industries or early stage companies.
  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and executive conversations, written and verbal, both internal and external.
  • Experience in thriving in ambiguity and driving strategy in a fast-moving environment; Strong executive presence.
  • Actual experience of having worked in India or AUNZ digital marketing and strategy domains. As a result, strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Ads Sales and Support Functions, and APAC/AUNZ/India markets.
  • Domain expertise in Operations, Customer Solutions and Internet/Online Media.

gTech Strategy and Operations (gSO) is a part of GTM that works with gTech Leadership to ensure: gTech stays focused on the highest company priorities; provide effective day-to-day operational accuracy; and help shape early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

gTech Ads LCS provides technical and media expertise across all Google Ads products to support our LCS Sales teams. gTech Ads takes a customer-centric, creative, and collaborative approach to provide a range of technical services and solutions for our largest customers aligned to their marketing and business needs.

This role would power the APAC and AUNZ gTech Ads LCS teams to drive gTech Ads strategy, develop investment thesis, identify areas of prioritization, resourcing, RoI and forge the partnership with AUNZ LCS GTM team.

The team focuses on the most critical strategic priorities for gTech Ads teams, facilitates cross functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and driving solutions while working closely with business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives and much more.

Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives for gTech Ads LCS APAC, AUNZ and India teams, while acting as a strategic thought partner to the gTech Ads leadership.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders to gather relevant information, context, and drive business analysis with effective project communication and management.
  • Partner with gTech Ads LCS APAC leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiatives, including global priorities.
  • Provide oversight and connectivity to business-focused standalone initiatives and removing roadblocks to execution, and eliminating conflicts.
  • Advocate and challenge the business to align efforts and resources to the best business and client outcomes.
