About the job

The Pixel for Business team’s mission is to accelerate Pixel's growth by positioning our hardware and software as the premier mobile solution for businesses of all sizes, from Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) to large enterprises. We leverage tailored messaging and strategic co-marketing partnerships to demonstrate how the Pixel ecosystem—powered by Google’s leadership in AI, security, and productivity—solves real-world business problems and enhances operational efficiency for businesses. Being that we’re Google, we take pride in our unique ability to own the full stack—from silicon to software to the cloud—which enables us to build a unified 'One Google' narrative and deliver the truly innovative solutions required to empower organizations to grow in an AI-first world.

As a Product Marketing Manager, for Pixel for Business in North America (NAMER), you will be a fully dedicated marketing leader, shaping the future of Pixel as a part of a small, autonomous, and entrepreneurial team in a rapidly growing business. You will take initiative and grow in ambiguity, leading the way in establishing Google’s AI leadership within the Business-to-Business (B2B) space and positioning the integration of AI-powered features—including Gemini—across the Pixel for Business portfolio as a core value proposition. You will be driving regional Product Marketing Management (PMM) strategy and will be responsible for defining the core value proposition, creating messaging, building key marketing and sales enablement assets for Pixel for Business. You will help to drive decisions and form guiding principles for each product/feature launch and influence the growth and development of Pixel B2B features in the market.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
