Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience working with technical customers.
- Experience managing technical programs, early access programs, or developer enablement initiatives.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, managing client relationships or external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong understanding of AI development workflows, APIs, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Ability to collaborate directly with external customers or partners in a technical capacity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight across global time zones.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills, along with the ability to produce documentation, tutorials, or engineering case studies.

Our team works at the intersection of Research, Product, and Customer Engagement. You will manage and run the Gemini API Early Access Program, working closely with research teams, the Gemini API product team, and cross-functional partners across DeepMind to drive early adoption, ensure successful customer engagements, and build scalable feedback loops.

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Gemini API Early Access Program, driving customer identification, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner closely with research teams, product management, and engineering across DeepMind to ensure aligned customer engagement strategies.
- Establish scalable processes and feedback channels to capture customer insights, pain points, and feature requests for product and research teams.
- Track program health and customer success metrics to continuously improve the early access experience and maximize impact.
- Work personally with customers and build a community around our early access program.
