Senior Product Manager, Google Cloud Security

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 6 years of product management experience with enterprise-grade B2B products.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing day-to-day tactical decision, technical and design direction.
  • Prior experience in identity, access management, security, or privacy.
  • Experience working with enterprise products, infrastructure or systems.
  • Expert understanding of the cloud ecosystem, markets, and participations.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders towards product goals, without direct authority.

As a Product Manager, you will lead and manage Google Cloud Security products. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will define and deliver a compelling roadmap, build product strategy and goal, and apply Google's security capabilities to the enterprise market to make GCP the most secure cloud in the industry.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and requirements by leveraging formative research, technical insights, and market gaps to deliver impactful long-term solutions.
  • Gain experience evaluating cloud products to identify key opportunity areas and complex customer use cases.
  • Advocate for customer needs in the hybrid cloud space, shaping technical priorities and business strategy for exceptional user experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering to define optimal technical solutions, establish realistic implementation schedules, and launch innovative features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across regions and represent the product effectively to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
