Administrative Business Partner, Cloud AI GTM

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech, international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-level executives and Vice Presidents (VPs).
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

In this role, you will act as one of the main points of contact for customer and partners with professionalism and diplomacy and assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, including report preparation, offsites, event support for major first-party events and others. You will be comfortable with fluctuations in the calendar as priorities shift and be able to manage shifts required with tight deadlines. You will execute with attention to detail while managing ambiguity. You must be able to anticipate needs and seamlessly manage complex tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks - including complex calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, event planning, space planning, email communications, inbox management, etc in a fluid environment with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate highly complex field visits across the LATAM Region regularly, including customer, partner, employee meetings and other critical stakeholder meetings.
  • Be a team contributor to the LATAM AI Team, which includes the Cutomer Executive Officer, Leaders and Global AI Teams, and manage requests from all areas of the office to be able to Support the leaders.
  • Work with senior leadership and their teams in Cloud and cross Google.
  • Plan, organize, and successfully execute/manage major internal and external event logistics in collaboration with internal partners and external vendors in a timely manner.
