Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with LLM technologies and production-grade LLM-based applications.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.
  • Experience in developing scalable, performant distributed systems.
  • Experience with AI infrastructure.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, or Go.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $147000 - $210000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
Canada: $150000 - $153000 (CAD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of end-to-end features across the Food AI Console (Web), Client Integration APIs, and foundational platform infrastructure to ensure an experience for both internal specialist teams and external partners.
  • Refine unified, generic APIs for critical platform functions, including menu ingestion, agent behavior configuration, and real-time streaming to support omnichannel use cases.
  • Design and implement scalable architecture capable of self-service onboarding for a global customer base, ranging from major multi-national brands to independent sole proprietors.
  • Build robust self-service tooling and automated evaluation frameworks, utilize LLM simulators and judges to monitor performance, manage complex test cases, and programmatically prevent regressions.
