Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 9 years of experience in product marketing, product management, sales enablement, sales, or equivalent experience with enterprise software technology.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating Go-To-Market (GTM) content for technical and non-technical audiences, and leveraging AI for content generation.
  • Experience working in the SMB segment or technology partner ecosystem, including familiarity with mid-market buying journeys.
  • Track record of influencing executive stakeholders and sales leadership.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and partner with global cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create, implement, and scale new processes and prioritization models.

About the job

In this role, you will build Google Cloud’s small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales narrative from the ground up, shaping how we pitch our most strategic technology to mid-market businesses globally. This high-visibility role, reporting to the Head of Segment Content, demands a content strategist with a builder mindset. Drawing on your background in sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), or product marketing, you will translate complex cloud and AI concepts into narratives and customer-facing sales assets that resonate with technical and business leaders. Responsibilities

  • Architect core segment narratives, establishing the foundational pitch and clear engaged differentiators for key sales plays to drive market impact.
  • Develop a comprehensive suite of premium go-to-market (GTM) materials, including business and technical pitch decks and one-pagers, designed to accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Partner strategically with SMB sales leadership and enablement teams to scale content delivery and drive adoption across global seller and partner communities.
  • Track content performance, iterating on narratives and assets to measurably increase agreement velocity.
  • Influence global product positioning and messaging as a strategic advisor to Product and Marketing teams, advocating critical field and customer feedback.
